What a meaningful conversation it was to speak at EthAUm 🤍
Thank you to the EthAum community for the kind invitation and for convening such a thoughtful dialogue on AI, ethics, and health data. It was a privilege to be in conversation with leaders shaping how AI shows up in healthcare.
In my remarks, I shared a perspective that continues to surface across conversations on agentic AI and beyond: we have a clarity gap around what we are optimizing for.
“If we think we’re in the business of selling products, we’ll optimize for transactions. If we understand we’re in the business of serving people, we’ll design systems that support decisions, trust, and outcomes. AI will follow that choice.”
At the heart of it is a shift from optimizing transactions to designing for people, connecting signals across journeys, supporting real decisions, and measuring trust, adoption, and outcomes together.
