UNCONSCIOUS BIAS PANEL, IDSA SF CHAPTER, SAN FRANCISCO

Join us for an informal, honest and inspiring discussion on the unconscious biases that exist in the design work place. We will discuss some of the systemic challenges, and the individual changes and strategies that other design professionals have implemented that lead to opportunities in establishing new positive behavior change for them, their teams and their own careers. DESIGNATHON AT SWISSNEX,  SAN FRANCISCO

The Designathon on Tour is a hackathon in the field of design and brings together curious and motivated people from the creative economy. We invite you to participate in the co-creation process on topics around urbanization, technology and specifically transportation in urban areas. Basak Altan is one of the jury panelists. Within 32h you and your team will develop an idea, which can be presented in any form. At the end, prizes are awarded in different categories for the best pitches. Be a social innovator and create new ideas for urban space! Presented by Designathon and swissnex SF as part of the festival “Zürich meets San Francisco” and in partnership with the Canton of Zurich.
