Ford Innovation Studio | CCA + Jacobs + Ford
Reimagining Mobility
Co-designed and facilitated an interdisciplinary studio in collaboration with Ford Innovation Studio, bringing together CCA and the Jacobs Institute to explore the future of urban mobility.
The studio focused on how emerging behaviors, systems, and technologies might shape more connected and sustainable mobility experiences. As lead faculty, I co-designed the mentorship and facilitation model, guided student teams through exploratory research and concept development, and served as a bridge between Ford and the academic teams.
A central question shaped the work: how might students learn to turn ambiguity into value, particularly in the context of new mobility models and evolving urban systems?
Through a structured yet flexible process, students navigated research, concept development, and storytelling, learning to translate complex insights into compelling, future-facing proposals.
