DESIGN STRATEGY FOR HEALTHCARE TRANSFORMATION
As a senior creative strategist adviser with Indigo Slate’s Human experience Innovation Studio, I lead design thinking workshops for Microsoft’s diverse industry partners in Health Care. I design and facilitate envisioning workshops for Microsoft Catalyst team, a customer engagement journey that Microsoft and their partners use to help organizations conceive and realize business transformation.
CHALLENGE:
Health care paradigms are transforming faster than ever before. We are discovering that the connection between patients, care teams and data insights is becoming fundamental to delivering meaningful impact. Creating a connected care system is an urgent and complex challenge to every provider in this industry. To adapt to a dynamic health care market, modern health organizations need tailored solutions to their specific challenges. As a design strategist I help accelerate this transformation for industry partners by identifying and designing strategic road maps to provide patients a better individualized health care experience.
SOLUTION:
I advised on the overall strategy and design of the envisioning workshops for Microsoft and their clients through a co-creation process to support their clients digital transformation journey. Together with the Microsoft Catalyst team we internal sessions to develop a shared vision and aspiration for the customer, leverage broader industry insights across industry and help us advance towards transformation in healthcare. Anchored in design led thinking methodology we created a human centered north star experience. Through partnership envisioning workshops, opportunity synthesis, we offered solutions for optimizing resources and staff to patient needs by aligning where Microsoft Cloud for Health Care can augment the industry relevant compliance, security and interoperability areas. We use AI to create actionable insights that help better deliver care faster more accessible and at a lower cost.
